The Verdict
While there are many times where one weapon is better than another, it is hard when comparing two top-tier, 5-Star weapons. At this level, it is more who the weapon will be used with and its intended purpose.
For players looking to play Shenhe, the Calamity Queller is the best option out of the two Polearms. Players looking to play Xiao or Rosaria will want to go for the Primordial Jade Winged-Spear.
Everyone else is better off with the Primordial Jade Winged-Spear at this point, as it is a better fit for more characters than the Calamity Queller, but time may prove this wrong.
