For Request #29, The Search for Bitter Leaves, Anise of the Medical Corps asks you to bring a Pokémon “with three leaves on its head” so Shinon can make the medicine she needs. Given that the people of Hisui aren’t very familiar with Pokémon and their names yet, all she could give out was a vague description. But what is it, and where can you find it?

Where to find Petilil in Pokémon Legends: Arceus
You can find Petilil in two locations within theCrimson Mirelands: in Cottonsedge Prairie and Holm of Trials. For the latter, Petilils are near the Goomys’ nest. Petilils run away when they see you (though not right away!), but still remember to sneak up on them before throwing your Pokémon.
We highly suggest that you leave the quest alone until you get Basculegion, which make crossing islands much faster.

You’ll lose the Petilil, so be careful about the one you’re gifting. The reward for this mission is a Fire Remedy and Hopo Berry. You’ll be using the Hopo Berry in a lot of missions after this.
