While you’re on the Isle of Blight’s overworld, you’re bound to stumble upon two thieves in the northeast grasslands talking about some stolen goods. You can only find them during Chapter Seven.
Apparently, they’ve hidden the goods"right in the Dragon’s nostril.“The hero will note this clue down as Stolen Goods Cache #3, which you can revisit in your Key Items section.

The Isle of Blight is indeed shaped like a dragon. So to seek the stolen treasure, you have to look for its nose. Here’s what you should do:
The treasure is located on the top card of the upper “nostril.”
You see something within the hollow part of a tree and decide to take a closer look. Sure enough, the game tells you that you’ve found the location! You find the legendaryGold Lightning, which Ridis’legendary weapon.
