Togekiss only spawns in one area in the game, and you won’t be able to access it until you have the ability to climb mountains withSneasler. Togekiss flies in acircleat the location on the map above, and the best way to capture it is by usingFeather Balls.
Be sure to have another ball ready to go once you throw your first, as it’s highly likely Togekiss will escape a few times before finally being caught.
