The first patch of Gizmos & Gadgets is here! This is the first bunch of game changes post-launch for Set 6, and the addition of a new game mode: Double Up. So here’s what players can expect when 11.23 goes live.
Double Up
This is by far one of the most exciting things in the patch. Have you ever wanted to play TFT with a buddy, but don’t want to have to play the game against them?Double Upis a new take on TFT where you and another player work together to bring your team to victory. Games are played in 2v2v2v2 lobbies, with you and your partner having a shared Health pool.
At certain stages of the game, you will be able to send your partner gold, items, and there is even a consumable that allows you to send over copies of champions and all their equipped items. Another one of the unique features ofDouble Upis that if you’re able to win a round before your partner does, your surviving units will join the fight on your partner’s board!

TFT Coins (Mobile)
TFT’s mobile app is receiving its own currency. Pricing on cosmetics (i.e. Tacticians, Arenas, Eggs) remains unchanged.
