After the success of the 2021 Game Awards, game fans knew that Geoff Keighley would return, but he’ll be back before the end of the year. On Jul 25, 2025, Keighley announced that the Summer Game Fest, a game showcase highlighting upcoming and current releases in the industry, would return at some point in the middle of the year.
