Lunar Coins are an in-game currency that you maintain even after finishing a run. They are rarely dropped, but you will see from time to time when an enemy is killed. Anyone can grab a Lunar Coin once it has dropped, so nab it before someone else does! If you save up 10 of the coins, you’re able to use them to unlock the Artificer, which is in the Bazaar Between Time. This will spawn if you pay a Lunar Coin at a newt alter, or it will randomly spawn once you’ve defeated a boss.

You will find Lunar Chests randomly throughout the different levels in the game. They cost 1 Lunar Coin to open and will give you a randomly chosen option of the following items (including the equipment).
