To level up First Aid in Project Zomboid, you will need to heal, bandage, and stitch up wounds. Any self-treatment or treatment of other players will give you XP that will go toward leveling theFirst Aid Skill.
Because of this, leveling First Aid is a pretty simple concept, but it’s atedious leveling experience. Luckily, leveling First Aid is not as bad as other skills, and you can gain more XP by using skill books.

Skill bookswill increase the amount of XP you gain for specific skills, including First Aid, based on your level. If you are at the early stages of the skill, you will need to look for the Beginner’s book.
