Shiny Pokémon are rare versions of Pokémon in Pokémon go that have modified looks. They are called shiny because they generally add a slight sheen, making them stand out more than the normal versions.
Shiny Rates
Apart from the Pokémon that don’t have shiny versions in the game, every Pokémon has a base shiny rate that tells you how often you’ll see a shiny version. Cresselia is a relatively common Pokémon, so they don’t have to boost their rate. They have a Legendary shiny rate of1 in 20(about five percent). So, for every 20 Cresselia you catch, you’ll probably only get one shiny version.

How to Get Shiny Cresselia
There is no way to force a Shiny Cresselia to appear. Instead, players must simply play the game to hope to run into one. However, players can use a few tricks to make it easier to find them.
