The 2022 Valentine’s Day Event will feature many wild encounters, with most of them having the chance to be shiny.
Certain Flabébé will be exclusive to specific parts of the world during the Valentine’s Day Event.

The event will feature many new Field Research tasks that players can get by spinning PokéStops and gyms. The Field Research tasks will include:
The Valentine’s Day Event will feature two Collection Challenges:
Collection Challenge number one -
Completing these will reward players with a Frillish (male) encounter, 2,000 XP, and 2,000 Stardust.

New Avatar Items
The in-game store will also feature new customization items for players' avatars. A flabébé hairpin, flabébé shirt, and flabébé shorts will be among the new options.
