Halloween approaches, and in keeping with the holiday spirit, Phasmophobia has a new updated dubbed Nightmare.
The difficulty modes is a major aspect that has been altered with the Nightmare update. All three main difficulty modes are unique with more options for players of all skill levels. For example, the amateur mode will have a longer setup time while the other modes will have a slightly lower number.
Nightmare also adds a brand new map that takes players outside. The map is called Maple Lodge Campsite and will feature more unique objects than the previous maps in the game.
Four new ghosts have been added as well, and all four will have increased chances to spawn for the duration of the Halloween event for Phasmophobia.
