How to Get
Players can obtain thislimited weaponon rate-up through the Epitome Invocation that runs fromNov. 2, 2021, to Jul 14, 2025. Each pull costs one Intertwined Fate or 160 Primogems.
Unfortunately, the weapon isn’t likely to enter the Standard banner after this rotation is over. But don’t worry! There’s a good chance for the bow to return in another limited banner in the future.

Substat: Attack (6-27.6 percent)
Passive:Watatsumi Wavewalker—For every point of the entire party’s combined maximum Energy capacity, the Elemental Burst Damage of the character equipping this weapon is increased by0.12/0.15/0.18/0.21/0.24 percent. A maximum of40/50/60/70/80 percentincreased Elemental Burst Damage can be achieved this way.

Passive Explanation
The party’s maximum Energy capacity is based on each character’s Energy Cost. Essentially, you need toadd up the Energy Cost of your entire partyto figure out its maximum Energy capacity. Multiply it by the Elemental Burst Damage percentage increase (dependent on Refinement Rank) and compare the result against the maximum Damage increase cap to figure out how much you can get out of this passive.
So if you have four members with 90 Energy Cost each, your maximum Energy Capacity is 360. At Refinement Rank 1, Mouun’s Moon should give you +43.2 percent Elemental Burst Damage, but since it caps at 40 percent, you will receive a40 percent increaseinstead.

Who Can Use Mouun’s Moon
Mouun’s Moon suffers from being a four-star bow—because there are plenty of other great options that offer more benefits to the current character lineup. One problem you’ll encounter is that the bow’s Elemental Burst Damage bonus is dependent on your entire team’s maximum Energy capacity, which willforce you to put together a high Energy team comp—limiting your options.
