The biggest topic that has come out of version 2.5 of Genshin Impact is the release of Yae Miko. Yae Miko is a Five-Star Electro that has won over the love of fans around the world. Before you pull on her, though, you do need to know where she fits into your team.
Yae Miko is asupportcharacter, but there is some DPS potential if you really love her. Originally, there were rumors around her being a new ceiling for DPS characters (see Reddit userPhunguyen99’s post on Reddit and the discussions below). Many different leaks claimed that she would be one of the most powerful units in the game, but these have all proven to be false.
This doesn’t mean that she isn’t going to hit hard when she is on the field, though. Her specialty isoff-field damagewith a quick and powerful on-field burst that’s sure to deal massive damage to enemies. You will likely find yourself playing her as aburst supportbecause of this.

She can throw down herfox totems, and then, you’re able to switch to another character while electro damage is still being applied. This will synergize well with players who haveRaiden Shogunand opens up more possibilities for themono electro team.
