To work as a barber in prison in BitLife, players will need to find the prison jobs tab and selectbarberas their prison job.
Once the player applies to the barber job, they will effectively become aprison barber. But becoming a barber is a bit tricky. This is because the job is not always easy to find, similar to certain regular jobs in the game.
Because of this, you will need to use the same tricks and methods for getting the rare regular jobs to appear.

Start by either aging up or closing theapp. Doing so will refresh the app and change jobs that are listed under prison jobs.
If you don’t see the barber job after refreshing, you may need to wait for the job to open up in your prison. Worst case scenario, you may need to create a new character and try again.
