The chilling Halloween festivities that are currently live in Pokémon UNITE, ultimately gifts players with a chance at turning a fellow Pokémon, friend or foe, into a pumpkin-head!
FromOct. 20 until Nov. 10, players will get a chance to play tricks with pumpkin treats on the battlegrounds of Mer Stadium, in Pokémon UNITE. During a match in this map, players will have their usual Battle Items swapped out for a pumpkin, which will be used to plop on the heads of the opposing Pokémon for a short amount of time.

Before the game begins, the map willautomatically assignplayers with a pumpkin to use as a Battle Item. Proceed to adjust the other Held Items, according to preference. On the battlefield, players can target enemy Pokémon bypressing and holding the item buttonand adjusting their view, the same way they would with a special attack. Then, with a war-pumpkin in hand and while the Battle Item is active, players can toss one at the opposing Pokémon, every 10 seconds
Just be careful not to accidentally pumpkin-head a teammate and don’t get pumpkin-headed by opposing Pokémon! Pumpkin Toss carefully, stay alert, and be ready to dodge any incoming produce.
