To repair weapons in Dying Light 2, you will need to get your hands on weapon mods and install them into your weapons. In short, every time you install aNew Weapon modinto your weapon, it will raise the durability each time.

Some weapons will also have limited weapon mod slots. So if you install mods in all of them, you will not be able to repair the weapon again.

Because of this,it’s highly recommendedto save weapon mods for weapons that haveslow durability loss.Such weapons include those that fall under both artifact land unique loot rarities.

These weapons not only have slowerdurability loss,but they also often have more durability thanuncommon and rare weaponsdo. Along with this, you can also put more Weapon Mods inside of them to repair and boost their damage.

Each weapon mod will also repair and add around50 durabilityto your weapon. But once a mod is added, you can not change it, and so you will need to be careful when you add mods. We recommend monitoring your weapon’s durability loss to know when you should install a new mod.

The Ideal time to install a new mod is when your weapon is about halfway or close to being broken, but not aroundone durability.

How to install Weapon Mods in Dying Light 2

To install a Weapon Mod in Dying Light 2, you will need to find a weapon they want to install a mod in and press the button next to modify.

After selecting modify, you can then install weapon mods into the following slots depending on the weapon rarity and total mod slots.

To install a mod, select one from the menu on the right that lists all available mods for that weapon part. Next, click the mod and hold the key next to apply to install it, as shown above.
