If you have purchased a Founder’s Pack for Lost Ark, how to get the pack differs depending on the platform you bought it from. If you got it from Steam, the Founder’s Pack will automatically be added to your account when you log in. If purchased from Amazon, they will email you a key.
To find your Founder’s Pack in-game, you must head to the Lost Ark Shop, which you can find on the menu in the bottom right-hand corner—look for a button labeledStore. Click this to open up the shop.
When in the shop, you need to proceed toProduct Inventoryat the bottom right of the shop. The Founder’s Pack will automatically go to this location.

A new menu will appear, and whatever Founder’s Pack you purchased will be there. Next, you need to click theClaim button or Claim Selected and then click Claim Itemon the new screen. If done successfully, a Product received prompt will appear, and click theOKbutton.
Next, go back to the main game screen, click theCharacterbutton in the bottom right, and then click onInventory. Your Founder’s Chest will be there. Right-click it and clickOpen.
All the bonuses and benefits that came with your Founder’s Pack will be delivered to your accounts Inventory screen. Then right-click on all of the items, and follow the same process to open them all.
