There are plenty of ways to hire Operators in Arknights, from Recruitment to Headhunting and straight-up purchasing them from the Store. While most Operators end up in the standard Headhunting pool, some never make it to the lineup. That includes Indra and Vulcan, two of the rarest five-star Operators in the game.
Recruitment
Both Indra and Vulcan can be obtained throughRecruitment, which costsone Recruitment Permitand LMD (depending on the number of hours) per run. While Recruitment doesn’t cost any premium currency, you need a lot of luck to get the right Recruitment Tags that match the Operator you want.
On that note, it’s recommended to set the Recruitment Time tonine hoursto prevent Tags from being dropped.

Indra Recruitment Tags
Indra is a five-starGuard Brawlerthat shares the same Archetype as Mountain. Try your luck at getting her by setting up these Tags:
Inputting theSenior OperatorTag will also guarantee you a five-star Operator and increase your chances of pulling for Indra.
Vulcan Recruitment Tags
Vulcan is a five-starEnmity Defenderthat shares the same Archetype as Mudrock. Take a stab at Recruiting her with the following Tags:
You can also input theSenior OperatorTag to guarantee a five-star Operator. But because you can only use three Tags at a time, you need to drop one of Vulcan’s three main Tags—DPS being the lowest priority.
Path to Glory Achievement
Another way to obtain Indra and Vulcan is by obtaining theVulcan and Indra Recruitment Voucher. Obtain this item by earning the following Medals from the Path to Glory Achievements:
To claim these Medals, click onArchives(under Friends, located beside the Breaking News section on the bottom right of the main screen), selectPath to Glory, click onMedal List, and claim the Achievement you’ve completed. Head to theDepotand click on the Voucher to claim one of the two Operators.
