Starting on Oct. 19, Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and Warzone will begin The Haunting event, celebrating spooky season with Halloween-themed bundles, weaponry, and game modes. Black Ops Cold War will feature threemultiplayergame modes geared toward the holiday: Scream Deathmatch, Prop Hunt Halloween, andInfected.
Players looking to participate in theInfectedgame mode will be able to find it in the Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold WarMultiplayer menuwhen The Haunting event launcheson October 19th. Infected will find a team of 18 Operators against a team of Zombies, who will try to turn the operators undead. In an update to the mode, Operators that kill a zombie will be awarded statistical bonuses to reload speed, ADS speed, movement speed, and slide speed.

Among the Halloween-themed game modes, The Haunting event will include multiple themed operator packs. Each pack will consist of the option to purchase bundles centered on Ghostface from Scream and Frank the Rabbit from Donnie Darko (Limited-Time SCREAM Operator BundleandTracer Pack: Donnie Darko Limited-Time Bundle). The packs will be available on Oct. 19 and Oct. 24, respectively.
