Starting on October 19, Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and Warzone will begin The Haunting event, celebrating spooky season with Halloween-themed bundles, weaponry, and game modes. Black Ops Cold War will feature threemultiplayergame modes geared toward the holiday: Infected, Prop Hunt Halloween, andScream Deathmatch.
For players looking to become (or survive against) Ghostface inScream Deathmatch, you will have to wait until The Haunting event goes live on October 19, after which you will find the Scream Deathmatch mode in themultiplayer menuafter booting up COD: Black Ops Cold War. In the game mode, two players will assume the role of Ghostface, who will hunt down a group ofunarmed survivorspopulated by the rest of the match players, whose screams will periodically give them away.

Also part of The Haunting event, players will be able to purchase theLimited-Time SCREAM Operator Bundle, which will unlock the Ghostface operator skin for use across game modes in Black Ops Cold War and Warzone—available when the event launches October 19. The bundle will include his signatureghost blade, the cordless phone weapon charm, an emblem, a calling card, and three legendary weapon blueprints.
