Once you’ve obtained all of your materials, you can start brewing by creating yourBrewing stand. This can be constructed by placing threeCobblestone blocksin a straight line with aBlaze rodin the top middle box of your crafting table.

Next, you’ll need energy for your Brewing stand. This is made by breaking down aBlaze rodin your inventory or crafting table—simply place the rod into the crafting slot and you’ll have the option to receive twoBlaze powders. OneBlaze powder, placed into the top left slot of yourBrewing standwill give you enough juice to brew twenty potions.

Next, you’ll want to place your threeWater bottles. These can be put into the bottom three slots on your stand. After that, place yourNether wartinto the top slot and let it brew. In a couple of seconds, you will have threeAwkward potions.

After you’ve brewed yourAwkward Potions, take your extraBlaze Powderand place it into the slot at the top. After waiting a few seconds, your brand newStrength Potionswill be done.

How to make those Strength Potions even stronger

Most would be happy with just theStrength Potion, butStrength Potionscan be buffed even further, giving them a longer effect time with addedRedstone. Or,Glowstonecan even buff your potion withStrength II.
