If you are eligible to get it, you simply need to collect it from theMystery Gift feature in the game by selecting Get Via Internet.

According to the site, it will take approximately two hours of game time before the Mystery Gift feature becomes available. Unfortunately, this means you cannot immediately don the Hisuian Growlithe Kimono but you don’t have too long to wait.
