Shiny Rates
Apart from the Pokémon that don’t have shiny versions in the game, every Pokémon has a base shiny rate assigned to it that tells you how often you’ll see a shiny version of them under normal circumstances. The shiny rate for Murkrow is about1 in 500; so, for every 500 Murkrows you find in the wild, you’ll probably only see one shiny version.
Honchkrows are rarely seen in the wild, so you will rarely run into a shiny version. Chances are, the only way you’ll be able to get a Shiny Honchkrow is by evolving a Shiny Murkrow.
Shiny rates change for Pokémon featured during Community Day events. The standard shiny rate on these days is 1 in 25.

How to Get Shiny Murkrow and Shiny Honchkrow
There is no way to force a Shiny Murkrow to appear. Instead, players must simply play the game to hope to run into one. However, there are a few tricks players can use to make it easier to find them.
