Shiny Pokémon are rare versions of Pokémon in Pokémon go that have modified looks. They are called shiny because they generally have a slight sheen added to them that makes them stand out more than the normal versions. This guide explains how to get Shiny Gothita, Shiny Gothorita, and Shiny Gothitelle.
Shiny Rates
Apart from the Pokémon that don’t have shiny versions in the game, every Pokémon has a base shiny rate assigned to it that tells you how often you’ll see a shiny version of them under normal circumstances. The shiny rate for Gothita is about1 in 500; so, for every 500 Gothitas you find in the wild, you’ll probably only see one shiny version.
Gothorita and Gothitelle are rarely seen in the wild. Because of this, it’s hard to determine exactly what their shiny rates are. Chances are, the only way you’ll be able to get a Shiny Gothorita or Shiny Gothitelle is by evolving a Shiny Gothita.
Shiny rates change for Pokémon featured during Community Day events. The standard shiny rate on these days is 1 in 25.

How to Get Shiny Gothita
There is no way to force a Shiny Gothita to appear. Instead, players must simply play the game to hope to run into one. However, there are a few tricks players can use to make it easier to find them.
