To get Moltres, Articuno, and Zapdos, visitRamanas Parknear Route 221, which is only accessible after you get theNational Pokédex. you may reach Route 221 by flying to Sandgem Town and Surfing from its South.
Inside the Ramanas Park building, speak with the shopkeeper near the entrance, and she will sell you Slates for Mysterious Gems. Mysterious Gems, while rare, can be mined for in the Grand Underground.
