You can confess by going to yourMapand choosingTalk. Officers in your vicinity will then be listed. Select your future spouse and chooseConfess. The game will warn you that this will essentially be a proposal. ChooseYes.
If you have a relationship score of 100 before your confession, you’ll always get a positive result. After that, you will have your ceremony, which will involve you waving to people as you walk down the aisle with your spouse. After that, you will be married.

How to raise your Relationship score
