After receiving the quest from Park Jennet inBrightwoodyou will be prompted to collect Squid Ink and Catfish Whisper and bring them to Master Fisher Argarwhal inWeaver’s Fen.These materials can be obtained by catching Hooked Squid and Barbed Catfish. It is worth noting that this is the 7th quest in theFishing With Shieldsquest arc.

Easily enough, you may fish for the Squid and Catfish at the lake directly behind Park. You’ll need a rod, which you can either craft or buy. The better quality of the rod, the higher chance you have at catching fish. While you have a plethora of choices on what bait to use, Firefly bait or Woodlouse should do you well.
Additionally, youcanacquire Hooked Squid from any of the lakes inGreyvaleif you find yourself questing elsewhere and want to kill two birds with one stone. With a lake directly behind Park, though, it might serve you to gather your rod and bait before starting the quest so that you’re able to find your fish fast and then make your way to Weaver’s Fen.
Upon completing the quest you will be rewarded with 2,120 XP, 113.75 coin, 20 Territory Standing, 20 Azoth, and a Fishing Reward Box 1.
