The Epicurean is an older Legendary weapon in Destiny 2 released with theShadowkeepexpansion during the Season of Opulence.It has since been sunset from the game with other older equipment from Seasons 1-9, and cannot be obtained anymore.However, there are rumors thatthe weapon may make a returnin Xur, or as part of theWitch Queenexpansion.
During the Season of Opulence, there was a run calledMenagerieon Nessus. Competing this run offered players a chance at earning the Legendary Epicurean fusion rifle. Players could guarantee themselves the pull if they had a Rune of Excess in their first Chalice slot and a green Rune in the second slot.
