If you’re a die-hard collector in Final Fantasy XIV: Endwalker, then you’re probably desperately trying to get your hands on Daivadipa’s Beads. But where and how do you get them? Daivadipa’s Beads are a guaranteed drop from a rare FATE that spawns in Thavnair. Completing the FATEDevout Pilgrims vs. Daivadipawill earn you six Daivadipa’s Beads.

However, things aren’t so simple as finding the FATE and killing the boss. The FATE only spawns after a sequence of two other FATES have been completed in Thavnair. This triggers the Chi FATE. These are the FATEs calledDevout Pilgrims vs. the Jungle LizardsandDevout Pilgrims vs. the Apalala. Then, once these FATES have been completed, during a 36-hour period, the FATE will spawn. Once both trigger FATES have been completed, there is a 30 minute window in which the Daivapida FATE will spawn.

OnceDevout Pilgrims vs. Daivadipahas been completed, it goes on cooldown for up to 48 hours. The cooldown time is random and can be incredibly short or a full 48 hours.

However, as all new Endwalker areas are currently instanced, there’s three times as much chance the FATE will spawn. The timer for each Chi FATE is unique to the instance, so you’ll get multiple spawns every 48 hours with good luck.
