After defeating Dvaline, the game’s first story boss, and hitting the Adventure rank requirement, go to the event page forBarbara’s Shining Debutand claim her. She will be added to your party and ready for use immediately afterward.
This event is easily done within one long-sitting or a couple of days playing casually.
