Recuperating from a Severe Illness is the final part of a Daily Commission line that involves Anthony’s desperate attempt to cure his sister, Anna. To increase your chances of getting all parts of this Commission line, change your Commission location to Monstadt in the Adventurer’s Handbook.
Prerequisite: Miracle Medicine
The Miracle Medicine Daily Commission contains three different scenarios, all of which involves helping Anthony acquire a special medicine for Anna.
You need to complete all three scenarios to proceed to the next Commission. This means thatyou need to complete Miracle Medicine a minimum of three times.

Recuperating from a Severe Illness
After completing all three Miracle Medicine scenarios, your next Commission from Anthony will be called Recuperating from a Severe Illness. Anna’s illness was miraculously cured—but she’s been using her newfound freedom to run off. You need to help Anthony locate his sister.
Anna is locatedat the top of the Monstadt Cathedral’s bell tower. Simply climb up, speak with Anna, and then return to Anthony to complete the Commission. You’ll be rewarded with the AchievementMarvelous Medicine.
