During the story, you unlock Bandido Operations, a passive time game where you send one of your leaders out on a mission. It may take them between 30 mins to a few hours until they arrive at their destination. Then you have to go back to the Bandido Operations board and choose options that alter the rewards of the missions along with consequences for your choices.
Each Bandido Leader has two unique skills, so you want to match the right leader with the right job to ensure you get the best possible outcome and the operation goes off without a hitch.
Alfredo Maximo
Alfredo Maximo is acquired from completing the Main Operation mission called The Lion’s Roar. You will obtain Alfredo Maximo automatically after this mission.
Benito
You automatically will get Benito during the Prologue of Far Cry 6 on Isla Santuario.
Freddy Jr.
To get Freddy Jr., you must complete the Yaran Story Stealing Home. In this story mission, you have tocollect three pieces of Baseball Memorabilia.
Isabela
Isabela is acquired by completing the Wing and a Prayer Yaran Story.

Big Papi is obtained by completing the Big Papi in Little Yara Yaran Story.

Zenia is obtained by completing the Paint the Town Yaran Story.
