City Hall and Cash
Once you are told to go to the Mayor to discuss expanding your home, you’re able to now head to City Hall. The Mayor will tell you to speak to the front desk. From there, you will be asked to pay $10,000 for a permit to expand your home. If you have the money to pay, you are good to go! Simple as that.
