Trading in New World is one of the most important aspects of the game. It’s how you make money and get resources for crafting large quantities of items. Some players have reported an annoying error when they attempt to trade large quantities of items or any number at all. The error makes a loading circle appear on the trade screen before displaying the message “Request Throttled Please Wait and Try Again.”

Unfortunately, the current fix for this is just patience. The error usually happens during the first few minutes of logging in or during high-traffic times in New World. As such, waiting before completing your trade is the best option.

Some ways to avoid this error are to ensure that no other programs are accessing the internet simultaneously as New World. So close any streaming services or other internet applications you have on in the background.

Additionally, you’re able to sometimes track this error back to the number of items you place orders on the Trading Post. Simply make smaller orders, in more frequent numbers, rather than a single large order, and things should work better.

Unfortunately, this issue seems not to have a definitive fix and only workarounds. But sadly, until Amazon Games acknowledges these issues, this is the best option for solving the problem.
