Enhancing gear can potentially be just as useful as leveling your Heroes. Gear can provide invaluable stats and effects, especially as you obtain more and more valuable gear.
To enhance gear, tap on the Heroes tab and the Hero whose gear you wish to enhance. Then tap on one of the pieces of gear that they have equipped. From the menu that subsequently pops up, you can selectenhanceto begin enhancing.
Note:You can enhance only gear at the Rare rarity and abovecommon, andYou cannot enhance crude rarity gearat all.
To enhance a piece of gear, you must sacrifice other pieces of gear orEnhancement Tokens. Each gear/Enhancement Token piece will provide a set amount of Enhancement Points, filling up the bar. Filling up the bar to completion will increase the gear’sGrade, increasing the effectiveness of its stats and effects.

To simplify things, you can also use theAuto-Selectbutton on the bottom of the screen, automatically selecting enough gear/Enhancement Tokens to enhance your gear a whole Grade (or as close to it as possible).
you may upgrade a piece of gear a set number of times based on its rarity. The number of Enhancement Points needed to enhance a piece of gear is also dependent on rarity.
Once you’re satisfied with how many Enhancement Points you’re putting into your gear, tap theConfirmbutton in the bottom-right of the screen. This is the point of no return; once you tapConfirm, the gear and tokens you selected will be melted down as fodder to enhance your desired gear. You’ll also need to pay a sum of coins dependent on item rarity, grade, and how many enhancement points you’re putting in.
