Shuumatsuban Operations is the first World Quest in The Very Special Fortune Slip questline, which can be initiated after completing the four-dayprerequisitethat involves accidentally completing Shuumatsuban missions from the Grand Narukami Shrine.
Starting the World Quest
After completing the prerequisite, head to Inazuma City using theTeleport Waypoint on the left. You don’t need to wait one day before doing this. From there, a dialogue with Paimon should initiate. If it doesn’t, change the time to the next day and walk toward the Adventurer’s Guild—this should solve the issue.
Once that’s done, follow the quest marker to the Shuumatsuban hideout north of the Grand Narukami Shrine. It’s a discreet, small hole in the ground, so keep your eyes peeled and jump down once you see it.
Speak with Gendou Ringo, whose new code name is now Momoyo. She’ll show you a code used by the Fatui, which you’ll use to identify three spies in Inazuma City and Ritou.

Nakatani
Follow the quest marker to Inazuma City. Near the Adventurer’s Guild, Paimon will bring your attention to a rooftop. Climb it to find Nakatani and attempt to make contact. Follow thisexact dialogue routeto gain his favor:
After, choosing to reveal that you’re part of the Shuumatsuban will prompt a battle, while the other option will simply end the dialogue. Choosing either won’t affect the outcome of this quest.
Tae
Follow the quest marker to the Tenshukaku Royal Hot Springs and speak withMikawa Akaneto get the second spy’s location. The quest maker will shift—follow it to find Tae and attempt to make contact. Follow thisexact dialogue routeto gain her favor:
Buzuleac
The third spy is located in Ritou, and is disguised as a merchant from Sumeru. Follow the quest marker and head to the wharf south of Ritou to find Buzuleac staring at the sea. Attempt to make contact and follow thisexact dialogue routeto gain his favor:
Once you’re done gaining the favor of all three Fatui spies, head back to the secret hideout and speak to Momoyo to complete this World Quest. You’ll obtain the Quest Item calledSpecial Bamboo Slip, which will be used in the next part of the questline.
