Just below Corisandre is a Vauquelin, The Holy Light. He offered his wife up, who was impure, for a promotion in The Empire ranks, but now regrets it and asks you to save her.
Isabeau—his wife—is located in the Church of the Highfather Dungeon to the northwest of Equisheim.
Once inside the dungeon, head to the left, then you’ll be in a massive room. You can find Isabeau near the fireplace. It is too late for her. She is already a maiden of the Highfather. Isabeau is no more. Now there are a few ways you can complete this quest.

Kill Isabeau
Upon speaking to Isabeau, choose theWe end this hereoption. Corisandre will try to persuade you to let Isabeau make her own choice. To kill her choiceNo. Or to let her live and pick one of the other choices, pickYou’re right.
If you choose no, you’ll be thrust into battle with two soldiers and two healers. After the battle is ended, go and tell Vauquelin for your rewards.
Kidnap Vauquelin The Holy Light
Upon speaking to Isabeau, choose the It’s never too late option and choose I’ll do it. Go back to Vauquelin for a fight against four units. Defeat them and then return to Isabeau.
Leave Isabeau alone
Upon speaking to Isabeau, choose theIt’s never too lateoption, and chooseI’m not abducting your husband. Go back to Vauquelin for poultry rewards.
