In Chapter 15 of Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy, Nikki will have to be broken out of her Promise. To do so, the player must break her illusion and talk to her.
Part 1: Break stuff
If you try talking to Nikki, it won’t work. Instead, you need to take apart everything you helped fix. You should break the following items:
She will then say she hates you and will be in a perfect position to listen to what you have to say.

Part 2: We need to have a talk
After literally destroying Nikki’s dreams, Star-Lord needs to talk to her. The first choice does not actually change Nikki’s response; it just changes how she gets there. You couldTry To Relate,Explain Her Feelings, orAcknowledge Limits.
After she is mad, she will attempt to fix the cake and blame herself. However, this doesn’t really change the outcome. The player can eitherEase her Guilt,Try To Relate, Again, orBlame Rocket.
At that point, you canTrust NikkiorPretend Not To Hear. Nikki will make the right choice. From there, Nikki will reject her Promise, and the Guardians are closer to saving the day!
