Sony’s PlayStation 5 completely reinvents the PlayStation interface, adding new menus and processes. While these changes make the PlayStation’s interface more cohesive, learning how to use it can be a learning process, especially when editing audio settings for Party and Game chat.

Players using the official PlayStation Pulse 3D Wireless Headset won’t mix audio in their Party settings.Instead, they’ll need to use the audio mix buttons on the top of the left earpad labeledGameandChat.Press theGamebutton to increase game volume and theChatbutton to raise the party chat volume. The Pulse 3D Wireless Headset allows players to adjust the volume of each source at the press of a button.
