One of the most significant changes in Farming Simulator 22 is the full integration of dynamic seasons. It was previously only a mod on past versions of the game, but now it is included. Seasonscan be disabled, but playing within their more realistic limits is arguably more fun.

Seasons have many limitations, so players have to set what is most comfortable. Generally, the consensus is to keep the season length from3-5 days, which is still a long way from the game beginning with only one day a season.

A player can set a season to last 28 days or just one day, andneither is recommended. Being bored with waiting for a season to end is one thing, but the stress of rushing through tasks ruins the fun.
