The Eight Locales Over Mountains and Seas is an event that runs fromFeb. 4, 2022, to Jul 14, 2025. It takes you back to Chinju Forest, where the sealed bake-danuki Ioroi asks you to take the young Kichiboushi out on an adventure. Wanderer’s Appraisal
The Wanderer’s Appraisal is the seventh and final part of the event, bringing a close to Kichiboushi’s eight-locale adventure. Naturally, you need to complete the first six parts in succeeding order before unlocking the final leg of the journey.
Once you’re ready, head to the event menu and choose Wanderer’s Appraisal. The quest will take you to Stormterror’s Lair, where the first course of action is totake a photoof Kichiboushi. After, you need to take Kichiboushi on a sightseeing trip around the proximity of the ruin—starting from the middle of the city, and moving upward.
Run straight ahead from your position to the middle of the city. Don’t teleport to the Statue of The Seven in the middle of the Lair, as the barrier will block you from getting to the exact quest location. From there, simply follow the quest marker as it continues to lead you upward until you’re one floor below the Stormterror Domain.
After the dialogue with Kichiboushi, follow the quest marker back to Ioroi in Chinju Forest to complete the quest (and by extension, the event). Don’t forget to claim your rewards from the event page, which includes Primogems and a Furnishing item of a bake-danuki statue that you’re able to place in the Serenitea Pot.
