Nature in Pokémon Legends: Arceus determines what Pokémon stats grow faster and which ones grow slower (by 10%). For example, an Adamant Pokémon will have its Attack increased in exchange for a slower Sp. Attack growth. Pokémon that don’t need high Sp. Attack, like Garchomp, are better off Adamant.
Every Pokémon caught already has a fixed nature, so you can’t change it. You can, however, change what stats grow faster and slower by giving themMints. For instance, if you had a Jolly Mint, you could have a Pokémon’s Speed grow faster and its Sp. Attack grow slower.
The original nature that Pokémon came with (and you can check this on the last tab in the Pokémon’s summary) will not change.
