Dying Light 2 is an open world game filled with things to do and items to scavenge. You use materials that you scavange to craft items that can help you in your battle against the undead. One of the drop types you can get from enemies isInfected Trophies. These are used to upgrade your blueprints to craft better items. Here is the best way to farm Infected Trophies in Dying Light 2.

The most effective way too farm the different rarity of Infected Trophies is bytriggering chases. Early in the game, chases are best avoided. As you progress and get more skills, they become no problem at all. The reason chases are such a great Infected Trophy farm is because all the “chasing” infected areVirals, an enemy type thatconsistently drops Infected Trophies. Every zombie that you defeat will drop at least an Uncommon Infected Trophy, and there’s a small chance of getting the other rarities, as well.

The best way to start a chase is to get near a UV-light source. This UV light will be a safe zone from the infected if you happen to get overwhelmed. Then, all you have to do is attack aHowlerto get the chase going. Once the chase starts, justsearch for a ledge to jump up to—one that forces Infected to climb up one at a time. Each time an Infected climbs up onto the ledge, defeat it either by fighting it or kicking it off the ledge. Once you are satisfied with the number you have killed (or the night ends), you may go back andloot all of the bodies.

So there you have it, that is the most effective way to farm Infected Trophies in Dying Light 2. Each one of the Infected you kill during a chase will drop at least an Uncommon Infected Trophy, with the chance for one of higher rarity. By farming this way, you will be able to upgrade your blueprints in no time.
