Cannot be interrupted.

Almond Cookie’s DMG Link works after an initial bout of DMG has been dealt to enemies. That means another Cookie will typically deal DMG first, and then Almond Cookie will immediately follow up with his Skill to spread the first Cookie’s DMG, further increasing the total DPS output. However, the DMG is counted toward the initial Cookie’s DMG—not Almond’s.
