Call of Duty: Vanguard Zombies has been a major disappointment to the community. The developers at Treyarch Studios tried something different by completely abandoning the “round-based Zombies” formula. However, this didn’t work as they expected.
With the new mid-season update for Call of Duty: Vanguard, the team is bringing back the survival aspect of Zombies with theVoid Objective. The endless objective takes place in the fan-favoriteShi No Numamap.
Furthermore, a new point of interest calledVon List’s Officewill be accessible from hereafter. It is located in Stalingrad and can be explored by players to uncover what lies ahead in the Der Anfang storyline.
Season 1.5 Zombies update further introduces theTome of Ritualsfeature. This will allow players to purchaseArtifact Upgradesusing sacrificial hearts. The three newPack-a-Punch weapon camosalso add to the fresh content list.

Finally, theCombat Shieldand two killstreaks—WarmachineandDeathmachine—can now be acquired in Vanguard Zombies. You can equip the killstreaks at the Crafting Table in Stalingrad. The developers have also promised a new story quest, more survival modes, a new Dark Aether entity, a new enemy type, server pause feature, and more for Season Two.
