Artifacts are highly useful and seldom found items that provide passive effects for the player. And, pleasantly enough, every single artifact is not only potentially useful but they never become outdated or outclassed. This makes every single artifact worth finding and picking up at any point in the game.
Quest Artifacts
These artifacts are obtained via the completion of quests. Some subquests can’t be picked up until later on in the story or until certain other subquests have been finished, so these Artifacts are listed in order of availability/completability.
Red Chest Artifacts
These are Artifacts found in red chests across the world.

OwlArtifacts

Random Rewards
These artifacts are given to the player for completing various feats.
DLCArtifacts
These artifacts do not count towards in-game completion but are still artifacts nonetheless and can be found (and activated/deactivated, if applicable) in the artifacts menu. So long as you have the prerequisite DLC, you can claim these from your settings menu at your leisure. And yes, the following are indeed the names of the artifacts.
