To quickly train Rus Knights and Archer in Age of Empires IV,You have to advance to the Feudal Age and build an Archery as well as a stable.

Building an Archery Range & Stable
By the time you reach feudal age, you will have300 blocksof wood in your inventory. If you don’t have enough wood, build the archery range(150 wood)first and assign any gold miners to chop wood to make a stable(150 wood)later.
After constructing both military buildings, train anArcherfor30 food and 50 woodin an archery range or anEarly knightfor140 foodand100 goldfrom a stable.
Remember, after completing training, your first archer and Knight makemore housesto accommodate new troops. Also,reassign or create more villagers to the resources you need the most.
